Zapto- The Master of Lightning

If you've been following my Dark Flames Teen Titans fan-fiction, you know that this guy is a new and important character. Being the mirror image of me in that story, he has the power to manuplitate lightning. He is currently the boyfriend of Blackfire. This isn't exactly what he looks like, but it's a different version of how I can draw him (my artistic talents are a little low).
